 From the gutters of Detroit came Kelly Rice. A tattoo artist with a flare for the dramatic, Kelly's skills are constantly evolving. Skilled in detail work and color realism, Kelly is well rounded in her tattoo portfolio. She has several pieces in our art gallery including oil painting and mixed media works. Now splitting her time between Pagosa Springs and Sarasota, Kelly is an avid hockey fan and aspires to become the Zambonie Girl for the Detroit Red Wings.
